Working in the property industry for over 30 years, I started as a sales negotiator for Halifax Property services. Over a period of 5 years, I gained knowledge and experience in both lettings and house sales.
Following this, I obtained a position of secretary for Andrew Craig Chartered Surveyors, which was followed by a move to Mortgage Advice Shop in 1990. Here, I spent 3 years training with Legal and General and gained qualifications as a Financial Adviser. I then spent time at Pattinsons Estates Agents (5 years) Reeds Raines (2 years) and finally started my own business in 2001 and became directly authorised in 2004.
I purchased my own commercial premises in 2004 and employed 3 staff. I am now only dealing with mortgages, insurances and property portfolio tax advice which is authorised and regulated by the F.C.A. Registration number 305452
